Amy joined YMCA Northumberland in February 2024 and plays a key role across both administration and marketing. She is often one of the first points of contact at the front desk, where she supports the needs of the building and its customers. Alongside this, she manages a wide range of marketing responsibilities, including creating social media content, designing flyers and maintaining the website.

With expertise in marketing and general administration, Amy enjoys bringing new ideas to the team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment. She values being part of a team that works well together and feels more like a family. YMCA Northumberland also supports her career development by providing opportunities to attend workshops and training courses, helping her gain the skills and knowledge to grow in her role.
