Our Team
We have full and part-time staff, including our experienced youth workers and a small team of operational staff responsible for running the charity and our facilities. All of our Youth Workers are committed to professional development and either have or are working towards Level 3 Youth Work qualifications.
Our Chief Executive has over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality youth provision within the YMCA structure and has led YMCA Northumberland since 2009. The senior leadership team are responsible for ensuring that the policies and strategies of the Board are implemented and progressed and our Chief Executive attends all Board meetings.
