Are you passionate about supporting children and young people?
As a Trustee, you will play an important role in our small and friendly team, helping children and young people in Northumberland to feel safe, valued and able to thrive.
The role of the board is to focus on the YMCA’s governance issues including policies, finances and forward planning. There are also opportunities to learn about the YMCA’s day-to-day work, and to offer support as a critical friend to our Chief Executive.
As a trustee you will:
► Play a vital role in enabling young people in Northumberland to belong, contribute and thrive.
► Become a valued member of our small and supportive team.
► Lead and gain experience within a friendly, well-connected Board.
► Benefit from opportunities to network at a local and national level within the YMCA Federation.
